The loan from IMF needs a close scrutiny because the terms and conditions of this huge loan is not made known to the public. However, what is becoming apparent and frightening is that, the loan fund was credited to PNG’s Central Bank the same time when PNG Parliament approved Public Health Emergency Bill.

The Public Health Emergency Bill is said to have infringed on the privacy of the ordinary Papua New Guineans.
